Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is incomplete or missing accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or clearance sale products.
  • Software, digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items.

Return Process

  1. Email us at return@kavinecare.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • UPI/Wallet Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Kavin eCare.
